KEEP YOUR UNDERWEAR ON

follow me on twitter @paulmwangipau

We keep our eyes so much on the outside looks of our brothers and sisters and we end up judging them outside. Sexual purity is one of the key terms that keeps God’s presence in our life.
We attend sermons and we praise Jesus so much every Sunday that every individual is seen to fully be moved by Jehovah’s spirit. In exodus 28, Aaron is prepared garment fully so that he can become a priest but at the end in verse 42, God commands that they should also be made underwear so that they do not become guilty and die in the altar.

Exodus 28:42-43 “make a linen and garments as a covering for the body, reaching from the waist to the thigh. Aaron and his sons must wear them whenever they enter the tent of meeting or approach the altar to minister in the holy place, so that they will not incur guilty and die. This is to be a lasting ordinance for Aaron and his descendants.”
Here, God was not speaking about physical wearing of underwear but they maintain sexual purity. Basing on the things we are seeing in today’s life, both the old and the young have fallen in a pit of sexual immorality, fornication all over, indecent dressing and also immorality in the church. If we keep the trend of immorality moving, God’s presence decreases in our lives. Ephesian 5:3,
We impress our fellow brethren's of how much we can pray, praise or worship. All these are from the outside but we forget there is someone who sees from inside. Maintain holiness not to impress any man but to keep God’s presence ever moving in your life.
2nd Cor 7:1.
Stand pure before the Lord and be sexual upright and when the right comes you will see yourself walk down the isle and you will enjoy this gift that God has given us. Sex is a gift from God but only sweet and honorable when it is done at God’ time.

"WALK BY THE SPIRIT AND YOU WILL NOT GRATIFY THE DESIRES OF THE FLESH."
